Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a multi-skilled design team, fostering collaboration, constructive critique, and skill growth.
Set high-level design goals and strategy, simplify workflows, and identify the right problems to solve.
Translate user research into end-to-end customer experiences for AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
Create key UX artifacts: storyboards, prototypes (low/high fidelity), taxonomies, patterns, information architecture, workflows, and design specifications.
Drive alignment across teams and stakeholders by presenting design work and clearly defending design choices.
Identify and implement new components, patterns, and templates to maintain design consistency across the organization.
Plan, lead, and moderate virtual and in-person enterprise design thinking workshops.
Advocate for human-centered design in daily work and client interactions.
Use GenAI and design tools (Figma, Mural, Adobe Creative Cloud) to create and test designs.
