UX Design Lead

Role Overview: As a UX Design Lead at Onething, you will be responsible for guiding projects from idea to impact, ensuring every experience is thoughtful and effortless. You will work closely with co-founders, design leads, and cross-functional teams to define great design, mentor designers, refine processes, and strengthen collaborative efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Lead UX strategy and design for digital products on web and mobile platforms. - Take ownership of the entire design process including research, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing. - Collaborate with product and business teams to translate goals into clear, user-friendly experiences. - Maintain design quality and consistency while exploring innovative ideas and approaches. - Mentor designers through feedback, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. - Present design work clearly and confidently to teams and stakeholders. - Contribute to enhancing design systems and work methodologies.
