As a UX Architect / Lead UX Designer at Impetus, you will be responsible for defining and delivering intuitive and compelling user experiences for large-scale enterprise applications. You will collaborate with clients, data scientists, and engineers to create great-looking designs with advanced data visualizations. Your focus will be on using user-centered design principles to produce high-quality designs. **Responsibilities:** - Work with customers to understand, capture, and define requirements - Define architecture, user flows, and experiences to solve customer requirements - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver intuitive user experiences - Provide leadership to the design team on complex user research and interaction design projects - Create information design concepts through maps, storyboards, sketches, and prototyping - Develop reusable design patterns and components for various product needs - Comfortably discuss implementation issues with UI architects and engineers **Skills Required:** - Work independently with multiple stakeholders to understand their expectations - Good understanding of user research, information architecture, navigation models, and visual design principles - Proficient in Figma - Deep knowledge of typography and grid systems - Detail-oriented with a passion for elegant and intuitive user interfaces - Self-motivated with excellent prioritization and time management skills - Strong design ethic with a track record of user experience evangelization - Ability to work independently, produce high-quality deliverables, and think creatively to solve problems - Excellent communication and presentation skills **Desired Skills:** - Good writing and grammar skills - Sketching skills - Data visualization skills - Understanding of color theories **Ideal Skills (Wow us!):** - Awareness of design trends - Ability to learn from various design sources - Strong storytelling skills - Desire to create refined and functional designs - Attention to detail, including kerning - Knowledge of Pantone values **Experience:** - 10 to 15 years Please note that the job reference number is 13413.
