UX Architect / Lead UX Designer

As a UX Architect / Lead UX Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in defining and delivering intuitive and compelling user experiences for large-scale enterprise applications. You will collaborate with clients, data scientists, and engineers to create great-looking and usable designs for products and web applications with advanced data visualizations. Your work will involve using user-centered design principles to ensure high-quality designs. This position requires a strong blend of interaction design and visual design skills. **Responsibilities:** - Work closely with customers to understand, capture, and define requirements - Define the architecture, user flows, and experiences to solve customer requirements and enhance user experience - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of UI architects and engineers to deliver intuitive user experiences for enterprise applications - Provide leadership to the design team by leading, mentoring, and supporting them on complex user research and interaction design projects - Create information design concepts through maps, storyboards, sketches, and prototyping - Develop reusable design patterns and components for various product needs - Engage in discussions with UI architects and engineers on implementation issues **Required Skills:** - Ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders including clients, users, and cross-functional teams - Good understanding of user research, information architecture, navigation models, interaction design, and visual design principles - Proficiency in Figma - Deep knowledge of typography and grid systems - Extreme attention to detail with a focus on pixel-perfect implementation across all devices - Passion for elegant and intuitive user interfaces - Self-motivated with excellent workload management and meeting critical project deadlines - Portfolio showcasing user-friendly, highly functional, responsive web design work - Strong design ethic and experience in user experience evangelization and user-centered design thinking - Ability to work independently, deliver high-quality results, and think creatively to solve problems - Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating complex design solutions effectively **Desired Skills:** - Good writing and grammar skills - Strong sketching skills - Proficiency in data visualization - Understanding of color theories **Additional Details:** - Awareness of trends in web, application, and consumer design - Ability to identify, discuss, and learn from design languages from various sources - Strong storytelling skills to make product visions come to life - Passion for creating refined, functional, and economical designs - Attention to detail, including knowledge of Pantone values - Commitment to staying updated on design blogs and evangelizing design work,
