Job Description

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location:

Job Summary:

a minimum of 3 years of mandatory hands-on experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design user-friendly, visually appealing, and responsive web interfaces for web applications and websites.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into effective UI/UX designs.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI designs based on user and business needs.
Develop and maintain UI components using
HTML and CSS
, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Ensure responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Improve user experience by identifying usability issues and proposing design solutions.
Follow UI/UX best practices, design standards, and accessibility guidelines.
Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Conduct basic usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
Maintain consistency across applications by following brand guidelines and design systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
3 years of experience
as a UI/UX Designer.
Strong hands-on experience in
HTML and CSS
(mandatory).
Proven experience in
responsive web design
.
Good understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
Experience with design tools such as
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
, or similar.
Ability to design clean, modern, and intuitive interfaces.
Basic understanding of JavaScript will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work from the
Hyderabad office
.

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours : 9AM to 6PM
