As a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing design projects across web and mobile platforms

Key Deliverables:

User Research & Insights:

• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests, etc.) to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior.
• Analyze data from user feedback and analytics tools to inform design decisions.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize user experiences and pain points.

UI/UX Design:

Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Develop low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for user flows, interactions, and designs.

Create and maintain design systems, including typography, color schemes, UI components, and style guides.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical specifications. Usability Testing:
• Conduct usability tests to validate design concepts, iterate designs based on user feedback, and optimize the user experience.
• Implement design improvements based on A/B testing, user feedback, and analytics data.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketers to deliver seamless user experiences. Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders and team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Design Handoff:

• Prepare design specifications and assets for development teams, ensuring smooth handoff of designs.

Support the development process by reviewing and providing feedback on the implementation of designs.

Skills & Capabilities Required:

• Proven experience (X+ years) as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing design projects across web and mobile platforms.

  Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Understanding of HTML/CSS, front-end design constraints, and the ability to work closely with developers.

Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability.

• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Experience with responsive design and design systems.

Familiarity with user research tools such as UsabilityHub, Optimal Workshop, or Hotjar.

Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Experience working on enterprise-level products or e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of motion design or interaction animation tools is a plus.
