Monitoring Over all Operation & Maintenance of Steam Boilers (coal fired), Water Treatments Plants, , Screws Air Compressors (Oil Free), chilling/brine plants( ammonia based) Centrifugal Chillers, Air Conditioning systems, Diesel Generators, Cooling Towers, High Pressure Water Distribution System, , Fire Fighting system, hydro pneumatics systems, AHU,HVAC, Air conditionings etc
Exposure to ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000 systems. Thorough exposure on work practices i.e work permits, report.Shall be responsible for Utility Operations & Maintenance team of Plant Maintenance dept. He will be responsible for the non-stop operation of the Utility systems within the plant. He needs to operate, monitor & control the same and in event of emergencies like Power outage, power dips, flood, etc. he will be the key person responsible to handle the entire plant Utility operations independently.Monitoring of Utility operations, energy consumptions ( power, oxygen, nitrogen, water etc.)Required Candidate profileMaintaining all process deliverable within defined standard limitsMonitoring of Utility operations,energy consumptionPlanning of duties, scheduling of contractor labour.
