Job Responsibilities:
Oversee operation and maintenance of utility systems in the plant (boilers, compressors, cooling towers, pumps, HVAC, water treatment, etc.).Ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities (power, water, air, gas, steam) required for plant operations.Monitor equipment performance, conduct preventive and predictive maintenance, and troubleshoot breakdowns.Implement energy efficiency measures and optimize utility consumption.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.Maintain records of utility operations, downtime, and energy usage.Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant functioning.

Required Skills & Experience:
B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field (preferred).Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in utility management in industries such as copper, aluminium, steel, zinc, or similar sectors.Hands-on knowledge of utility systems operation and maintenance.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Diploma / Certification in Safety

Ability to manage shift operations independently.Safety-conscious with good knowledge of industrial standards.Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.Experience in energy conservation initiatives will be an added advantage.
