The cyber identity services—IAM team delivers service to clients through following key areas of IAM:Application OnboardingLifecycle ManagerCompliance ManagerPassword ManagementAutomated ProvisioningRoles ManagementITSM tools IntegrationAdvanced Authentication MethodsStrategy and Road MapWork you’ll doThe key job responsibilities will be to:Architect, design, and implement large-scale identity and access management (IAM) solutionsInteract with clients, including working with client teams in an onsite and offshore delivery modelAdvanced debugging and troubleshoot issues, including interacting with technology vendorsContribute to eminence activities, such as whitepapers pertaining to IAM technologiesLead requirements gathering, design documentation by conducting workshops in onsite/offshore delivery model for multiple projectsCustomize, configure, and develop IAM solution integrations using requirements and design and independently manage project deliverables to successful completionLead IAM strategy engagements (IAM road map, vendor selection, etc.)Enabling business development by assisting in request for proposal and sales processesLead process compliance activities by identifying and driving initiatives that are relevant for the project delivery and help factor reusability and related benefitsQualifications and experience Required:Required:Experience—3 to 5 years in Identity management domainExperience in implementing at least two IAM engagements, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application supportExperience in carrying out advanced application integration with the IAM solution dealing with advanced single sign-on (WIA, Forms, and HTTP), PKI concepts and Multi factor Authentications using Ping Federate, Ping One and Ping AccessExperience in integrating partners of different domains for achieving SSO using standards like SAML, OAuth and WS-Federation on Ping platformExperience in enabling OAuth for the customers to cater fine grained authorizations for the services available in the enterprise using Ping FederateExperience in providing the architecture for solutions involved in implementing SSO and multi factor authentications like OTP, Facial Recognition and bio-metrics using Ping One cloud serviceExperience in technologies, such as LDAP, SSL RDBMS, and LinuxGood knowledge of Web/application servers (IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, and Apache)Experience in development/configuration of standard/custom SSO integrations using Java, .Net, or other major scripting languagesExperience in hands-on development, estimations, sizing, and custom IAM integrationsAdvanced documentation and presentation skills and well-versed with software development life cycle processesAbility to create, plan, and execute advanced IAM trainings and independently drive proof of concepts involving emerging IAM technologiesExposure to process frameworks and methodologiesExcellent verbal and written communicationPreferred:IAM technology certificationsPMP, CISSP certification, and exposure to other security domains#CyberFY26
