User Interface & User Experience Designer

Role Overview: You are a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer Executive joining a growing team. Your main responsibility will be to collaborate with various departments to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs, ensuring a perfect balance between functionality and visual appeal. Your role will involve creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, working closely with the development team, collecting user feedback, and communicating design concepts effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with different departments to understand software and business requirements. - Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts effectively. - Work closely with the development team for seamless implementation of designs. - Gather user feedback and analyze usability data for design improvements. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Replit, Cursor, and other design platforms. - Apply knowledge of HTML, CSS, and React to bridge design and development. - Clearly communicate design concepts and present ideas to stakeholders and team members. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field. - 35 years of experience in UI/UX Design or a similar role. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Replit, Cursor, Adobe XD, etc. - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and React. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines. Additional Details: - Certification in UI/UX Design or related tools preferred. - Experience with design systems and responsive design is a plus. - Understanding of accessibility standards and user testing processes is beneficial.
