Role Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI Designer who can craft engaging, responsive, and user-centric designs for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid design portfolio, a strong sense of visual aesthetics, and the ability to translate business goals into compelling user interfaces. Key Responsibilities Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to deliver seamless and visually appealing UI solutions. Translate business requirements and wireframes into polished, high-fidelity user interfaces. Create consistent, modern, and responsive designs across platforms using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc. Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and component libraries. Ensure UI designs adhere to usability standards and provide a consistent user experience. Stay updated with the latest UI design trends, tools, and techniques. Contribute to brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and feedback loops. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 38 years of professional experience in UI Design with a proven track record and portfolio. Proficient in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong knowledge of responsive design and UI principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Candidates must have no more than 2 job changes in their career, indicating a stable and consistent track record. Preferred Skills Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Experience in designing interfaces for enterprise software or B2B applications. Understanding of UX design processes and user research methodologies.
