Demonstrate a strong understanding of core UX methodologies such as design thinking, journey mapping, service design, heuristic evaluation, A/B testing, and task analysis. Facilitate ideation sessions, design sprints, and collaborative workshops to align teams and drive innovation. Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers when needed, and foster a culture of design critique and continuous improvement. To ensure youre set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience: 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer on B2B applications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Good understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout composition. Familiarity with user-centered design processes, user research techniques, and usability testing. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment & attention to detail for producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills: Knowledge of IT and system automation applications Experience with both SaaS and on-prem products

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 38 years of professional experience in UI Design with a proven track record and portfolio. Proficient in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong knowledge of responsive design and UI principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Candidates must have no more than 2 job changes in their career, indicating a stable and consistent track record. Preferred Skills Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Experience in designing interfaces for enterprise software or B2B applications. Understanding of UX design processes and user research methodologies.
