Ability to understand user needs deeply and design with empathy.
Conduct research and usability testing; translate insights into design improvements.
Create interaction models, task flows, wireframes, and prototypes; validate through testing.
Communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders and teams.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers for cohesive UX.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in UX design, preferably for customer-facing products.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and impact.
Proficient in Figma including the Design Systems and other standard design tools.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
Skilled in problem-solving and user-centered design.
Education or certification in HFI, HCI, or Design Thinking.
