User Experience Designer

Role Overview: As a User Experience (UX) Designer at BrandSip, you will be responsible for conducting user research, creating prototypes, and employing design thinking approaches to craft intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing user interfaces, and continuously improving user interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting user research to understand user needs and behaviors. - Creating prototypes to visualize and test design concepts. - Employing design thinking approaches to solve complex UX problems. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design goals. - Designing user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. - Continuously improving user interactions based on feedback and usability testing results. Qualifications Required: - Strong skills in User Research and Design Thinking with a customer-focused approach. - Expertise in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) disciplines for creating effective and visually appealing designs. - Proficiency in Prototyping to demonstrate functionality and test user interactions effectively. - Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities. - Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms. - Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred.,
