User Experience Designer

You are invited to join AjnaLens as a User Experience Designer with a specialization in sound design. In this role, you will be a part of the Product Design team based in Thane, Maharashtra, India. Your primary responsibility will be to design user experiences for complex interactive products, focusing on creating seamless user flows and integrating sound design to enhance the overall user experience. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning interactive experiences with user needs and business goals, ensuring intuitive and human-centered designs. Your daily tasks will include defining user flows and designing interactions for smooth product navigation, integrating sound design elements to provide auditory feedback, and conducting research and usability testing to refine user journeys based on insights from human interaction and sound design. To excel in this role, a minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX Designer with a strong background in sound design integration is required. Key skills that you should possess include proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD, or similar for wireframing and prototyping, expertise in designing user interactions for mobile and web platforms, sound design skills for creating auditory feedback, a deep understanding of human interaction and behavior patterns, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work closely with cross-functional teams. As a User Experience Designer at AjnaLens, you will lead the design of user flows and interactions across mobile and web platforms, integrate sound design elements to enhance user experience, apply knowledge of human interaction and psychology to craft intuitive designs, collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure accurate implementation of design intent and sound elements, and conduct usability tests to identify areas for improvement in user flows. You will be responsible for maintaining high usability standards and ensuring seamless integration of design, sound, and functionality in collaboration with other teams.,
