User Experience Architect

Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning and delivering UX contributions to internal digital initiatives across various enterprise platforms, focusing on enhancing usability, accessibility, and employee experience. Your role will involve conducting research, analyzing user feedback, and translating insights into actionable design recommendations. Additionally, you will collaborate with different teams to shape user stories, requirements, and design strategies that align with real user needs. Your contribution to the refinement of the organization's digital experience strategy and leading experience reviews of digital products will be crucial.
