You will be joining our growing product team as a UX Designer, where your creativity and attention to detail will be essential. Your main focus will be on creating user-centered designs, enhancing digital experiences, and simplifying complex problems into elegant solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various team members like product managers, UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless user journeys across web and mobile platforms. This will involve conducting user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points. Analyzing data and insights will be crucial in making informed design decisions and product enhancements. Developing personas, journey maps, and user flows will help you visualize and communicate user behavior effectively. Your role will also require translating user needs and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and functional specifications. Designing intuitive and consistent user experiences for web, mobile, and software applications will be a key part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with product teams to define and prioritize UX requirements in product roadmaps is essential. You should be proficient in creating low to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure. Validating design solutions through iterative testing and feedback loops will be necessary to ensure user satisfaction. Working closely with UI designers to align visual designs with user experience goals is crucial. Collaboration with developers during implementation to ensure design feasibility and consistency is also part of the job. Presenting and justifying design solutions to stakeholders and incorporating feedback will be an important aspect of your role. You should have 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a UX Designer or in a similar position. A strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies, wireframes, and user-centered design processes is required. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar is essential. Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility standards, as well as understanding design systems, usability principles, and best practices in UX, will be beneficial for this role.,
