What You'll Be Doing

• Strategically develop and manage user acquisition campaigns across key platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads, focusing on both new setups and continuous optimization.

• Oversee the full lifecycle of UA campaigns, including building, tracking, and ongoing performance optimization.

• Maintain and expand our creative asset library by uploading new content for campaigns.

• Generate detailed performance reports and effectively communicate insights and results to stakeholders.

• Analyze campaign performance against key metrics such as ROI, ROAS, and LTV to make data-driven decisions.

• Collaborate closely with the design team to produce high-performing creative assets (videos, banners, playable ads).

• Partner with the engineering team in India to ensure accurate attribution and reliable report generation.

• Lead the implementation of analytics and tracking solutions.

• Mentor and guide junior team members on campaign strategies and execution.

• Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration with marketing, creative, analytics, and product teams.

• Manage the daily operations of the UA team, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.

• Provide strategic input and resource planning to efficiently scale our UA efforts.
