USA Tax & Accounting Specialist

As a USA Tax & Accounting Specialist at Quark Atrium in Mohali, Punjab, your role will involve preparing and reviewing U.S. tax returns for individuals and businesses. You will also be responsible for handling bookkeeping and accounting tasks for U.S.-based clients, ensuring compliance with U.S. federal and state tax regulations, and effectively communicating with clients regarding their financial data. Collaboration with the internal team to meet deadlines will be an essential part of your daily activities during the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review U.S. tax returns for individuals, businesses, etc. - Handle bookkeeping and accounting tasks for U.S.-based clients - Maintain compliance with U.S. federal and state tax regulations - Communicate effectively with U.S. clients regarding their financial data - Work collaboratively with the internal team to meet deadlines Qualifications Required: - Solid understanding of U.S. tax and accounting principles - Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience (preferred) - Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal) - Willingness to work onsite during night shifts - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Please note that this position is full-time and onsite in Mohali, Punjab.,
