Responsibilities:

• Source and identify healthcare candidates for US clients
• Conduct virtual interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress
• Schedule interviews according to US time zones
• Communicate regularly with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
