US Voice Support

As a US Voice Support specialist based in Kochi, Infopark, your role will involve handling inbound and outbound customer calls with excellence. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to ensure high customer satisfaction. Accurately documenting customer interactions in the system and meeting individual and team performance targets will be crucial, as this role is KPI driven. Following process guidelines, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls - Deliver exceptional service and ensure high customer satisfaction - Accurately document customer interactions in the system - Meet individual and team performance targets (KPI driven) - Follow process guidelines and maintain quality standards - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns Qualifications Required: - Recent Graduates with Excellent communication skills or Candidates with 2-3 years of experience in BPO voice process - Graduation in any discipline (mandatory) - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Willingness to work Night Shift (6 PM - 3 AM) - Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills In addition, this full-time, permanent position offers health insurance and Provident Fund benefits.
