Job Description

As a Patient Customer Support (Inbound Caller) at R Systems, your role will involve handling incoming calls from U.S. patients for healthcare-related inquiries. This includes tasks such as scheduling appointments, providing information, and addressing billing questions. You will be working the Night Shift from the office.
