US Voice Banking Process

You will be working in an International Banking Voice Process providing global customer support. As a part of the job, your key responsibilities will include: - Handling customer queries and providing assistance related to banking services - Working in US Shift timing from 6pm to 5 am, with fixed shifts from Monday to Friday - Providing support to both Freshers and Experienced individuals - Ensuring high-quality customer service and resolving issues efficiently - Following company protocols and guidelines for customer interactions Qualifications required for this role: - Any Graduate can apply for this position - Bachelor's degree is preferred - Proficiency in English language is preferred Additional Details: - The company offers a competitive salary ranging from 22000 to 24000 In hand salary - One-time meal is provided by the company - This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for Freshers - Two days off on Saturday and Sunday are provided - Benefits include food provided and provident fund - Work schedule is from Monday to Friday in US shift - Performance bonus and yearly bonus are also part of the benefits package - The work location is in Vadodara, Gujarat.
