We are hiring freshers with excellent English communication skills for our International Travel Sales team based in Gurgaon (Sector 19). If you're passionate about customer service and want to build a rewarding career in the global travel industry, we’d love to meet you!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for flight bookings from US customers.
• Understand customer travel requirements and offer the best travel options.
• Provide accurate fare quotes, assist with reservations and ticket issuance.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with professional and friendly service.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Update customer data and booking details in the system accurately.

Requirements:

• Freshers welcome; previous experience in travel sales/BPO is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Willing to work in night shifts (US process).
• Basic knowledge of computers and internet usage.
• Must be a quick learner, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
