Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from international customers and providing them with technical support by diagnosing the issues, suggesting annual service plans, and software solutions. Your main goal will be to close sales and achieve the set targets. It is essential that you have experience in outbound tech processes for more than 1 year and are proficient in closing calls effectively. The job offers a fixed salary, huge incentives, 100% attendance incentives, loyalty bonus of Rs. 5000 every year, lucrative incentives, paid leaves, rotational offs, and 24 paid leaves along with birthday leave and compensatory offs. The shift timings will be in the US/UK shift.
