Job Description

Job Description: You will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from international customers as an Experienced Candidate. Your main task will be to provide technical support by diagnosing the issues and recommending the appropriate Annual Service plans and Software to the customers. Your goal will be to close sales successfully and achieve the set targets. To be eligible for this position, you must have experience in outbound tech processes for more than 1 year and possess the necessary skills to effectively close calls with customers. You can expect to receive a fixed salary credited to your account on the 1st of every month along with attractive incentives. Additionally, there are 100% Attendance Incentives, a Loyalty Bonus of Rs. 5000 awarded every year, and other lucrative incentives. You will also be entitled to paid leaves every year, including rotational offs, 24 paid leaves, birthday leave, and compensatory offs. The shift timings for this role will be in the US/UK Shift.
