Job Description

Min 4 years of experience in US Tax domain

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Advanced Tax Return Preparation

Prepare detailed workpapers for individual and business tax returns
Input and review a broader range of forms, including:

Individuals & Estates: 1040, 1040NR, 1041, 706 (Estate)
Business Entities: 1120 (C-Corp), 1120S, 1065, 5471/5472 (Foreign Ownership)
Non-Profits: 990, 990EZ

Prepare book-to-tax adjustments (AJEs) for accurate tax reporting
Analyze tax returns, and identify discrepancies by comparing prior year's tax returns
Assist with estimated tax calculations

Client & Stakeholder Communication

Direct client interaction for missing documents and/or clarifications (if required)
Initial review of tax returns prepared by others

Candidate Specification:

1. Proficiency in English communication

2. Exposure on client communication duirng online meetings

3. Experience in handling multi state returns

4. No specific preference for Tax Processing Software

5. EA degree will be an added advantage

Full Time - Shift- 5 pm to 2 am (in tax season), 2:30pm to 11:30pm (regular office timings)
