Job Profile:
* Review US individual and business tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, etc.)
* Lead, mentor, and support a team of tax preparers
* Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of returns
* Communicate and coordinate with US-based clients and internal teams
* Provide training, guidance, and support process improvements
* Strong technical knowledge of US taxation
* Prior review and team-handling experience
* Ability to communicate confidently with US clients
* Hands-on exposure to US tax software such as CCH, Drake, or UltraTax
Our client is a well-established outsourced accounting and finance services firm working primarily with international (US-based) clients, including CPA firms and growing businesses. The firm acts as an extended back-office team, helping clients streamline their accounting and financial operations.
* Provides accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and compliance support
* Supports month-end closing, reporting, AP/AR, and reconciliations
* Works closely with overseas clients, following US accounting standards
* Uses modern accounting tools and structured processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
