We are looking for a skilled professional who is eager to condense 20 years of career growth and experience into 4 years, driven by the opportunity for fast wealth creation and ownership. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and review US federal and state income tax returns for corporations, partnerships, individuals, and trusts - Conduct tax research and stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations - Assist clients with tax planning and provide guidance on tax-saving strategies - Review and analyze financial statements and related documentation - Communicate with clients and tax authorities to resolve any tax-related issues - Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation - Assist with tax audits and respond to tax notices - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in US tax preparation **Qualifications And Skills:** - CPA or EA Licensed - 3 to 5 years of experience in overall managing US tax end-to-end - Strong knowledge of US tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements - Proficiency in preparing various business tax forms, including 1120, 1120S, 5471, 5472, 1065, and corporate tax returns - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, while utilizing your expertise to provide valuable tax-saving strategies and guidance to our clients.
