What You'll Do

We're looking for GTM Engineer + Growth genralist - Person who can bring pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Build advanced data workflows using Clay and n8n
• Integrate tools like Apollo, Smartlead, HubSpot, etc. using APIs and webhooks
• Automate GTM processes such as prospecting, enrichment, lead routing, and follow-ups
• Create scalable pipelines to collect, clean, transform, and score lead data
• Write converting copy with strong AB testing.
• Automate LinkedIn, email, and outbound outreach flows
• Maintain dashboards and reporting systems to track conversions and performance metrics
• Work on other growth initiatives as required
  

Skills And Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Clay (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in n8n (mandatory)
• Great with copy writing and finding new opportunity
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, etc.
• Understanding of sales automation, GTM workflows, and outbound processes
• Familiarity with tools like Instantly, Apollo, Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, etc.
• Ability to integrate systems using APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting
• Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced environment
