Job Description

Job Summary:

US Tax Professional

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review
Form 1120S (S Corporations)
including complex shareholder and K-1 scenarios
Prepare and review
Form 1065 (Partnerships)
and related partner K-1s
Prepare
Form 1120 (C Corporations)
tax returns as required
Handle multi-state filings and extensions where applicable
Perform minimal accounting and bookkeeping adjustments required for tax compliance
Ensure compliance with US federal and state tax laws and deadlines
Maintain complete and accurate tax workpapers and documentation
Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve tax-related queries
Manage multiple tax engagements independently and meet deadlines

Required Candidate Profile:

2+ years of experience
in
US Taxation
Strong expertise in
S Corporation (1120S)
tax returns
Solid working experience with
1065 and 1120
returns
Accounting knowledge to support tax preparation & Accounting Team as required.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with US tax software
Prior experience working with US clients
