Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a US Sales position at MYNDTEL. The position is located in New Delhi, though some work from home is acceptable. The candidate will work the night shift to align with US business hours. The primary responsibilities include communicating with clients, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales processes, training new sales staff, and overseeing sales management activities. The role focuses on achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
