US Recruiter

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for the US geography. This includes leveraging your minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Your proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) will be key, as you will need to harness its full potential to streamline recruitment efforts. Your understanding of recruitment processes will be essential in this role. You should be able to apply data analytics to enhance HR functions, improving efficiency and effectiveness. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be committed to ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the recruitment process. Your English language skills, both verbal and written, should be excellent. This will enable you to communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates. You should also be able to work independently, demonstrating the ability to manage your workload without constant supervision. A service-oriented mindset is important for this role. You should be equipped to manage stakeholder requirements and respond to their needs promptly and professionally. Additionally, you should be comfortable with night and rotational shifts, as these may be required. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 15 years of regular, full-time education (10th + 12th + 3 years of graduation).
