The Company offers contingent workforce solutions, including talent sourcing, statement of work, managed services, and recruitment process outsourcing services. Staffing . We are hiring freshers for our Goa office.

Job Title - Management Trainee (US Recruiter)
Location - Panjim, GoaShift time - 6.30 pm to 3.30 am (Night Shift)

Requirement:

Bachelors/Master's degree with excellent communication
Comfortable for night shift & work from officeCandidates must have some knowledge on recruitment

Role & Responsibilities :

• Understand the job/Client requirement.
• Source resumes from various job boards , Screen the profiles and shortlist the profiles.
• Cold calling, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, offer negotiation.
• Work along with Leads and manager to achieve the target in certain time frame.

Note: (3 rounds of interview)

1st round interview - Aptitude

2nd round - Virtual
Final interview - Face to Face interview
Available to join immediately
