US Healthcare Process Trainer Senior Level (10+ Years)

Location: Hyderabad.

Experience Required:

Minimum 10+ years in US Healthcare RCM process training, with strong hands-on experience in MajorMed.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Process Trainer with a strong background in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and proven expertise in MajorMed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for new hires and existing teams across various US healthcare processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development

• Conduct end-to-end training on US Healthcare RCM processes such as Eligibility & Benefits, AR Follow-up, Claims Processing, Denials Management, and Medical Billing.
• Design customized training modules specifically for MajorMed workflows and platform usage.
• Facilitate refresher training for performance improvement and process updates.

Process Expertise :

• Deep understanding of US healthcare RCM standards, HIPAA compliance, insurance guidelines, and payer rules.
• Hands-on expertise with MajorMed, including navigation, functionality, reporting, workflow configuration, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 10+ years of experience in US Healthcare or RCM training.
• Strong working knowledge of MajorMed.
• Expertise in AR, Denials, Billing, Coding basics, and Claims Processing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms, and training tools.
• Ability to manage multiple batches simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in US healthcare (AAPC, AHIMA, etc.) is an advantage.
• Experience in client communication and process transitions.
