US Payroll Executive

You will be responsible for reviewing attendance systems, identifying discrepancies, and liaising with clients to resolve issues. In addition, you will handle reimbursements, salary revisions, commissions, new employee hire setups, and termination/severance setups. Qualifications required: - B.Com or M.Com or CA Drop Outs with relevant experience Key Responsibilities: - Review attendance systems and address discrepancies - Liaise with clients to resolve attendance-related issues - Manage reimbursements, salary revisions, commissions, and setups for new hires and terminations/severance Skill Set: - Excellent customer service orientation and strong communication skills - Good written & spoken English skills are a must - Strong problem-solving abilities - Detail-oriented - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Computer Skills: - Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
