US Partnership Tax State Returns - Advanced Analyst

Your main responsibility in this role is to validate client data, analyze cash flow, portfolio, and financial data provided by clients. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing draft income statements and balance sheets. Your tasks will also include working on the computation of economic allocations and tax returns, performing security analysis, making tax adjustments, and preparing financial statements for Hedge funds, Mutual Fund clients, as well as CDO clients. In terms of client responsibilities, you will validate client data by interacting with U.S. teams, analyze cash flow, portfolio, and financial data, and prepare draft income statements and balance sheets. It is essential to deliver a high-quality product within the stipulated time frame, multitask on various projects within the tax segment, and ensure compliance with Ernst & Young's procedures. The technical skills required for this role include being a graduate/post-graduate in a finance, numerical, or statistical background. CA-Inter/ICWAI-Inter qualifications are desirable, and a minimum of 6 months to 3 years of experience, preferably in an accounting field, is preferred. Candidates with entry-level experience are also encouraged to apply. To excel in this role, you must possess a high degree of analytical and communication skills. Additionally, demonstrating proficiency in accounting, analytical skills, and computer knowledge (especially in MS Excel and other MS Office applications) is crucial.
