Job Title - Management Trainee (US Recruiter)
Location - Info City, PatiaShift time - 6.30 pm to 3.30 am (Night Shift)

Requirement:

Requirement:

Bachelors degree /Masters degree with excellent English communication skill
Comfortable for night shift & work from officeCandidates must have some knowledge on recruitment

Able to take pressure and ready to take challenges

Responsibilities:

• Understand the job requirement , source profiles from different job portals
• Cold calling, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation.
• Achieve the targets successfully , closing working with leads/managers to complete the task within time frame.

Note:
Available to join immediately

1st Round : Aptitude Test

2 nd Round : Managerial screening round

3rd round : Final Interview with Director/Lead (Onsite/Face to Face interview)
