Position : US IT Recruiter Department : Talent Acquisition / Staffing Location : Madhapur, Hyderabad Onsite (India) Night Shift Experience : 15 years (Freshers with good communication may be considered) Reporting to : Recruitment Manager / Delivery Lead Key Responsibilities : Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT clients. Work on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across multiple technologies. Source candidates from job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media (LinkedIn), internal databases, and references. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates technical and communication skills. Negotiate rates/salaries with consultants and vendors. Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up on feedback. Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker. Work in US time zones (EST, CST, PST as required). Required Skills : Good understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, GC, USC, TN, OPT, CPT). Strong knowledge of IT technologies and current industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: IT, HR, Business Administration). Recruitment certifications (optional, but preferred for senior roles).
