Position : Domestic IT Recruiter Department : Talent Acquisition / HR Location : Madhapur, Hyderabad Experience : 15 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply) Reporting to : Recruitment Manager / HR Head Key Responsibilities : Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic (India-based) clients or internal requirements. Understand job requirements from hiring managers and prepare accurate job descriptions. Source candidates through various platforms job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster), social media, references, and internal databases. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist relevant candidates. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers. Maintain candidate database and regularly update status reports. Ensure timely closures of positions within defined SLAs. Follow up with candidates for documentation, offer acceptance, and joining. Maintain strong relationships with candidates for future requirements. Required Skills : Good knowledge of the domestic hiring process and job portals (especially Naukri). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in any discipline education.
