*Process*: UHC (United Health Care) *Interview Rounds*: 4 rounds *Salary*: Slab 1: 33k in hand + travelling + pacman Slab 2: 38k in hand + travelling + pacman *Working Days*: 5 days working, 2 rotational offs (US Shift) *Transportation*: One-way transportation (only post 11pm) + 100rs daily allowance *About UHC Process:* The UHC (UnitedHealthcare) voice process involves providing customer support to U.S.-based clients regarding healthcare services.Agents handle inquiries related to insurance benefits, claims processing, billing issues, and general healthcare information.This role requires excellent English communication skills, familiarity with U.S. healthcare terminology, and a customer-centric approach.Positions are primarily based in Mumbai, with rotational shifts, including night shifts, to align with U.S. time zones.Competitive salary packages are offered, and prior experience in international BPO voice processes is preferred.
