Key Responsibilities:
2-4 years of experience in US IT recruitment(C2C Only).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have good relation with third-party.
Good understanding of IT roles and technologies
Source and screen IT candidates for US-based clients.
Work closely with Sales managers to understand job requirements.
Manage the recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding.
