Job Title: US IT Recruiter - Freshers/Trainee (Night Shift)

Location: Sector-63, Noida

Shift: Night Shift (Work hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated US IT Recruiter (Freshers/Trainee) to join our growing recruitment team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals in the US market. This role is ideal for candidates who are looking to kick-start their careers in IT recruitment and are willing to work in the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates using job portals, social media, internal databases, and networking.
• Job Posting & Advertising: Post job openings on US-based job portals like Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.
• Candidate Shortlisting: Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and US-based clients, and follow up to ensure timely attendance.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with the clients to understand their hiring needs and provide updates on candidate progress.
• Negotiation: Handle salary negotiations and make job offers in coordination with the client and candidate.
• Documentation: Maintain and update candidate records, job requisition details, and interview feedback in the recruitment database.
• US Market Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of the US job market, trends, and skills in demand.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Freshers are Welcome: No prior experience is required, but a strong interest in recruitment and human resources is a plus.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to assess resumes and understand technical job requirements.
• Self-Motivated: Strong willingness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (will be trained).
• Work Ethic: Ability to work in night shifts and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹10,978.65 - ₹20,000.00 per month
