*** FRESHERS ONLY ******* *** FRESHERS ONLY ******* *** FRESHERS ONLY ******* Staffbee Solutions Pvt Ltd Is looking for US IT Recruiter (Fresher ) who is comfortable working Night shifts ( 6:30 Pm to 3:30 Am IST) Roles and Responsibilities · Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US. · Utilize various talent acquisition strategies to source candidates through online channels (e.g. job portals, professional networks, etc.), LinkedIn, internal database, and referrals · Learn the technical requirements of various positions, do research as needed, and submit consultants’ profiles that match these criteria in a timely manner. · Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified regions. · Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placement. Eligibility · Any Bachelors degree with a minimum of 50% In overall academics is eligible · Freshers can apply Skills: · The ideal candidate should have superior communication and interpersonal skills. · Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude. · Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Night shift Address: VASAVI SKY CITY , GACHIBOIWLI , HYDERABAD. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Night shift Work Location: In person
