Job Title: US IT Recruiter's - (2 - 4 Years) - WFO 5 Days (Chennai) - Night shift. Job Overview This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter (US Staffing) at VIVA IT India. They will be responsible for managing staffing services, IT recruitment, customer service, and hiring processes for IT, Engineering, and other professional fields RESPONSIBILITIES: Source resumes from diverse channels, including job boards, and compile a shortlist of potential qualified candidates. Engage with potential qualified candidates and evaluate them through a phone-screening process. Present vetted candidates, who meet the qualifications, to the end client for consideration. Requirements: University / college degree, with 2 - 5 years of industry relevant experience Experience in US Staffing Delivery Exposure to various IT & Non-IT Technologies, Domains and Functional areas Experience in identifying, qualifying, evaluating and negotiating with candidates Should have extensively worked in VMS/MSP model recruitment Exposure to multiple VMS and navigation techniques Demonstrated planning and facilitation skills to manage the Candidate Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing for presentation and negotiations Interested Professionals, please do share your resume to gowthamk@viva-it.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹2,000,000.00 per year Schedule: Night shift Application Question(s): Do you have working experience in VMS & MSP Model?
