US Healthcare Data Migration Specialist

As a Data Migration Specialist at OSP Labs, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end EHR data migration projects with expertise in eClinicalWorks (eCW). Your role will involve analyzing legacy EHR data structures, mapping them to eCW schema, and ensuring accurate and compliant data transitions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing legacy EHR data structures and mapping to eClinicalWorks schema, covering patient demographics, appointments, clinical notes, billing, and other key modules. - Planning, designing, and managing full-cycle ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes tailored to eCW. - Developing and maintaining detailed documentation of data mapping, transformation rules, and migration strategy. - Cleansing, validating, and reconciling data to maintain accuracy and completeness during and after migration. - Collaborating with technical, clinical, and project teams to understand workflows and reduce implementation friction. - Conducting rigorous testing and validation to ensure data integrity in the new eCW environment. - Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving data issues during the migration process. - Providing technical support and training for end-users and support staff post-migration. - Ensuring all migration activities are HIPAA-compliant and align with industry standards. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience in EHR data migration to/from eClinicalWorks, including schema and module-level knowledge. - Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and healthcare data transformation techniques. - Solid understanding of healthcare interoperability standards: HL7, CCD, FHIR. - Deep familiarity with HIPAA and other relevant healthcare data regulations. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with an eye for data accuracy and quality. - Experience with data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation in clinical environments. This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, and the work location is in person at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
