We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer with 2+ years of expertise in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our web, mobile, and API-based applications while contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across web and/or mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining QA environments.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of professional QA/testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC), QA methodologies, and defect management.
• Hands-on experience with test case management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Basic understanding of API testing (Postman, Swagger).
• Familiarity with automation frameworks/tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cypress) is a plus.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to quality assurance.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Knowledge of Automation, API Testing, performance or security testing basics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
