US FSO BTC - SALT WAM - Advanced Analyst

As a Validation and Analysis Associate at EY, your role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy of client data and financial information. Your primary responsibilities include validating client data, analyzing cash flow, portfolio, and financial data, and preparing draft income statements and balance sheets. Additionally, you will be involved in the computation of economic allocations, tax returns, security analysis, and tax adjustments for Hedge funds and Mutual Fund clients. Your attention to detail and ability to prepare financial statements for clients will be crucial in meeting client expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Validate client data and collaborate with U.S. teams - Analyze cash flow, portfolio, and financial data - Prepare draft income statements and balance sheets - Deliver high-quality products within specified timelines - Multi-task on various projects within the tax segment and undergo cross-training - Ensure compliance with Ernst & Young's procedures Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Post-graduate in finance, numerical, or statistical background - CA-Inter/ICWAI-Inter certification is desirable - Minimum of 6 months to 3 years of experience in an accounting field (fresh graduates can apply) In order to excel in this role, you must: - Possess a high degree of analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Demonstrate excellent communication skills - Showcase strong accounting and analytical skills - Exhibit proficiency in computer knowledge, particularly in MS Excel and basic MS Office applications - Be a collaborative team player At EY, we are dedicated to building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet.
