Job Description for US Debt Collection Process.

Responsibilities

● Resolving customer complaints brought to your concern. Making calls as reminders to the concerned stakeholders

● Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support,

● Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.

● Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.

Requirements:

• SSC and above can apply.
• Minimum 6 months experience in 1st or 3rd party collections is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working from the office.
• Immediate Joiner.

Shift Timings: 5:30PM - 5:30 AM (any 9 hours shift), 5 days working
