Responsibilities
● Resolving customer complaints brought to your concern. Making calls as reminders to the concerned stakeholders
● Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support,
● Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
● Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
Requirements:
Shift Timings: 5:30PM - 5:30 AM (any 9 hours shift), 5 days working
