US Customer Support Voice Process

You will be responsible for providing US Customer Support through the Voice Process in an international setting. Your primary duties will include: - Handling customer queries and concerns over the phone in a professional manner. - Resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. - Providing timely and accurate information to customers. - Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. - Ensuring high-quality service delivery to meet customer expectations. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in the International Voice Process. - Excellent communication skills in English at C1 level. - Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are eligible to apply. - Age between 18 to 35 years. Please note that this position is for a Full-time role based in Gurgaon with a salary budget of 35K CTC. The in-hand salary is 30517, and the work schedule includes 5 days of work with rotational shifts and week offs. Additionally, both sides cab facilities are available for employees.
